GrauWest Systems ("GrauWest," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered infrastructure incident analysis and disaster recovery platform. This document explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the terms governing your use of our service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service below.
We collect only what we need to provide the service:
We do not store your raw server logs. When you submit a log for analysis, it is transmitted securely, processed in memory to generate the analysis, and is not retained in our database afterward. What we store is the resulting analysis — not the original log text you submitted.
This means the sensitive contents of your raw logs are not persisted on our servers. The analysis output we retain is what populates your incident dashboard and your exported PDF reports.
We use the information we collect solely to operate and improve the service: to authenticate you, generate and display your incident analyses, produce your reports, manage your subscription, and provide support. We do not sell your data, and we do not use the contents of your incidents to advertise to you.
We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers to deliver the service. Each processes data only as needed to perform its function:
We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), encrypted password storage, and database-level access controls. Our multi-tenant architecture uses Row-Level Security, so each customer can access only their own data — enforced at the database layer, not merely in the application.
We retain your account information and incident analysis output for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, you may request deletion of your data as described below. As noted, raw logs are not retained at any point.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.
You agree to use GrauWest only for lawful purposes and only with infrastructure data you are authorized to submit. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect according to your billing cycle. Free trials convert to a paid plan only if you choose to subscribe.
GrauWest's analyses, remediation playbooks, and failover plans are AI-generated recommendations intended to assist your team's judgment — not to replace it. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any recommendation before acting on it in a production environment. GrauWest does not guarantee that following a recommendation will prevent or resolve any particular incident.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrauWest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any actions taken based on AI-generated output. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
